What's in the box?

1. Chai Tonic- loose black tea that tackles the cold & flu (has tulsi, elderberries, brahmi, ginger, cardamom, ajwain, star anise, clove & fennel).

2. Shower steamers- game changer for the shower!  They are fantastic for opening up the senses and truly brings a sense of calm.

3. Immunitea herbal tea- It's caffeine free (has hibiscus, reships, nettle leaf, lemon verbena, licorice, ginger root, calendula, elderberry & elderflowers).

4. Citrus Sea Soak- a beautiful way to relax the muscles in the bath or can be used as a foot soak.
